Description
The original Cataract blade, 6 1/4 width, remains a fixture for oarsmen who need the durability of a Cataract oar and the reliable flotation we’ve always offered. All our blades float and the Cataract blade is our most buoyant and is often called the “floating blade” or “floaters.”
Tip protectors are available for this model only, to protect against long-term abrasive wear. An o-ring has also been added to the blade insert to provide a snug fit into the oar shaft.
